Yoyogi park

The tour first heads to Yoyogi Park. Nestled in the heart of the city, Yoyogi Park is surrounded by vast woodlands. Designated as the residential area for US Air Force families following World War II, it was often referred to as Washington Heights.

③Shibuya station

Explore the surroundings of Shibuya Crossing, one of the world's most renowned intersections, and uncover the lesser-known stories of the area as you take a stroll.

④ Omotesando “Cat street”

Explore the quaint backstreets nestled between Shibuya and Harajuku – pedestrian havens adorned with a myriad of shops and charming locales.

⑤ Aoyama area

The tour proceeds from here into Minato Ward. Minato Ward stands as Tokyo's most sophisticated district, balancing refinement with a serene ambiance. Furthermore, it serves as the epicenter of Japan's economy. The Aoyama area is divided into northern and southern sections, featuring upscale shopping facilities, residential neighborhoods, and scattered historical buildings and art museums.

⑦ Aoyama cemetery

Aoyama Cemetery sprawls over a vast 26-hectare expanse, boasting lush greenery despite its central urban location. Notably renowned for its cherry blossoms, the Sakura-lined avenues stretching from north to south and the scattered cherry blossom plantations throughout the cemetery have solidified its reputation as a popular cherry blossom viewing destination.

⑧ Local Shrine

Finally, the tour concludes with a visit to the HATONOMORI Shrine, the guardian shrine of the Yoyogi area. This historic shrine features fascinating interactive experiences, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in its rich traditions. Not overly commercialized, the shrine offers a glimpse into the authentic local faith and practices of the community.
